Brightcon is a women-owned business and is certified as such with various government agencies and authorities.  We don't normally speak in a corporate tone, but these are big wins and exciting times for women in Engineering.  `

 

Studies show that only 14 percent of the civil engineering workforce is composed of women*.   

 

So, why does this matter?

 

Women represent over half of the U.S. population and bring unique perspectives to advancements in society. There’s evidence that women are interested in geotechnical instrumentation , but there’s a general lack of support for women, which is essential to thrive in the field.

 

Brightcon is inspired and ready to make it our mission to partner with everyone and change the conversation by welcoming all into this dynamic field of geotechnical instrumentation and vibration monitoring.   We will keep adding to our certifications and delivering on our promise.
